Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the website of Rakesh Shingala (B2B Revenue & GTM Partner for Technology Companies) and describes how information submitted through, or generated by the use of, this website is collected, used and protected.
1. Information Collected
Contact and assessment form. When a visitor submits the form on the Contact page, the following is collected: name, business email, company, website, country, target geography, company type, company stage, main market, current sales acquisition method, approximate engagement preference, main commercial challenge, desired outcome, and additional context. A visitor may also optionally provide a LinkedIn profile, current CRM, current outbound tools and expected timeline.
Appointment booking. Where a booking calendar is configured on this website, it is provided by Calendly and opens in a pop-up on the site. Booking a call through it means the scheduling information entered (such as name, email and the selected time) is processed by Calendly in order to create and manage the appointment.
Analytics. Once this website is live on its production domain, it may use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic and which pages are used. Analytics does not run on staging or preview deployments, and does not run at all until it is specifically configured.
Technical information. Depending on hosting and security infrastructure, basic technical information may be generated as a normal part of operating any website, for example browser or device information, IP address, and basic access logs.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website’s own pages do not set tracking cookies. Where Google Analytics is active, it uses its own cookies to distinguish visits. Where a Calendly booking calendar is embedded, Calendly may set its own cookies when that scheduler loads. See the Cookie Policy for detail.
3. How Information Is Used
Information submitted through the form or the booking calendar is used only to:
- Respond to the enquiry.
- Schedule and manage an introductory call, and any follow-up calls.
- Assess fit for, and discuss, a possible engagement.
- Operate, secure and maintain the website, and help prevent spam or abuse of the form.
Information is not sold, and is not used for unrelated marketing.
4. Where Information Is Stored
Form submissions are sent by email and are not written to a database or CRM by this website. The email is retained in the recipient inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and keep basic business records. Submissions are never displayed publicly and are never placed into a URL.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
Resend. Form notification emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider. Resend processes the submitted content only to deliver that email.
Calendly. Where enabled, appointment booking is provided by Calendly. Use of the scheduler is also subject to Calendly’s own terms and privacy practices.
Google Analytics. Where enabled on the live production site, Google Analytics processes visit data under Google’s own privacy practices.
Hosting. This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard technical request data as part of serving the site.
6. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect submitted information, including encrypting data in transit (HTTPS), validating submitted data on the server, and not persisting form submissions in a database this website controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and this policy does not claim a specific security certification that has not been independently verified.
7. Children’s Information
This website is intended for business and professional use by companies and working professionals, not children. It is not directed at children, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children through this website.
8. International Processing
Because the hosting, email delivery, scheduling and analytics providers named above operate internationally, information may be processed outside of India as part of their normal operation.
9. Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it, manage a possible engagement, and maintain basic business records afterward. A visitor may ask for their information to be deleted sooner; see Section 10.
10. Your Rights and How to Make a Request
A visitor who has submitted information through this website can ask, at any time, to:
- See what information has been sent about them.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Have their information deleted, where it is not still reasonably needed.
- Raise a question or concern about how their information has been handled.
To make such a request, use the contact form or email business@rakeshshingala.com. Requests are handled directly, since this is a single-operator practice rather than a large organisation with a dedicated privacy team.
11. Contact
For any question about this Privacy Policy or how information is handled, use the contact form or reach out on LinkedIn.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if the website’s data handling changes, for example if a new third-party service is introduced. The version shown here reflects the current, actual practice of the website.
