Terms
These Terms of Use apply to the website of Rakesh Shingala (B2B Revenue & GTM Partner for Technology Companies).
1. Informational Nature of This Website
This website is provided for general informational purposes, to describe the B2B Revenue & GTM services offered and to allow visitors to start a conversation about them. Browsing this website does not, by itself, create any obligation on either side.
2. Enquiries Do Not Create a Client Relationship
Submitting the contact form, or otherwise sending a message, does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any commercial commitment. It is a way to start a conversation. A client relationship, and any associated scope of work, begins only once both parties have separately agreed to it, typically in writing, following a GTM Assessment.
3. Booking a Call Does Not Create a Contract
Where a booking calendar is available on this site, booking a call reserves time for a conversation. It does not, by itself, create a contract, a paid engagement, or any commercial obligation. Any engagement, and its scope and terms, is agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.
4. No Public Pricing and No Guaranteed Outcomes
This website does not publish pricing. Investment and scope are discussed during a GTM Assessment, based on the specific engagement. This website does not guarantee leads, meetings, revenue or closed deals. Any engagement is a professional service, with agreed scope, deliverables, operating process and reporting, not a guaranteed-results product.
5. Scope of Services
The services described on this website do not automatically include:
- Software development or technical delivery
- CRM administration or configuration beyond agreed GTM/RevOps advisory
- Paid advertising management
- Legal or compliance advice
- Replacing the client’s delivery team
- Full-cycle closing as a replacement for the client’s sales function
Any work beyond the agreed scope must be discussed and agreed separately.
6. Website Content
Reasonable effort is made to keep the descriptions on this website accurate and current. Service descriptions and availability may change over time. The terms of an actual engagement are confirmed directly before work begins.
7. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including its text, layout and design, belongs to Rakesh Shingalaunless otherwise stated. Visitors may view and share the website in the ordinary course of browsing it, but may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for their own commercial purposes without permission.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
This website may use a Calendly booking calendar embedded directly on the site to handle scheduling. Use of that scheduler is also subject to Calendly’s own terms. This website may also link to external profiles, such as LinkedIn. Rakesh Shingala is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services or websites linked from or used within this site.
9. Submitted Information
Information submitted through the contact form or the booking calendar is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting it, a visitor confirms the information is their own and reasonably accurate.
The contact form and booking flow are not intended for sensitive submissions. Visitors should not submit passwords, account credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information through them.
10. Website Availability
This website is provided on an “as available” basis. Rakesh Shingala does not guarantee that the website, including the contact form or any embedded booking calendar, will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times, and reserves the right to update, change or take down the website or any part of it.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rakesh Shingala is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including reliance on its content or any temporary unavailability of the contact form or booking calendar. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
13. Contact
For any question about these Terms of Use, use the contact form or reach out on LinkedIn.
14. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website. The version shown here is the current version.
